However, organizing propaganda models and conferences at enterprises still faces difficulties due to the dependence on working conditions and time of employees; innovation in content and methods of applying information technology and digital transformation in propaganda work is not clear; Union officials still hold concurrent positions, so some units have not paid due attention to this work.

The District Labor Federation has built and rapidly developed the Fanpage "Dong Da Labor Union" and "Dong Da Labor Union Community"; organized online events, conferences, seminars and online events using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet.
