The first driving test since Binh Phuoc Provincial Police took over this task was held on May 23, at Binh Phuoc Private VocationalEducation and Driving Test Center, located on Highway 14, Hamlet 4, Tan Thanh Commune, Dong Xoai City. The test was successful with careful preparation of facilities, equipment and machinery of Binh Phuoc Private Vocational Education and Driving Test Center, all-round preparation of the Provincial Police, especially the excitement of many students.

There were 199 students participating in this exam, testing for B1, B and C categories. Students were tested in 4 contents, including: Theory, computer-simulated cabin, driving in the driving course and driving on the road at Ho Xuan Huong Street, Dong Xoai City. After a period of studying and looking forward to the exam, many students expressed their excitement. Before taking the exam, Ms. Vo Thi Thao, Phuoc Binh Ward, Phuoc Long Town said: "I took the B1 exam. Before that, I had prepared very carefully from theory to practice, now that the exam is officially organized, I am very happy and confident that I will pass the exam successfully".

Mr. Nguyen Cong Tien, a student from An Binh commune, Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province, said: “We have a group of people who went to learn to drive together at this center. Throughout the course, the instructors were enthusiastic, we have mastered the theory, practiced all the requirements for driving on the road, in a full day and evening environment. Now that it is time for the test, we are very confident that we will pass.”

For the first car test to be successful, Binh Phuoc Private Vocational Education and Driving Test Center has carefully prepared facilities and other conditions. Mr. Ngo Van Loi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the center, said: “The center has prepared over 20 cars of various types for students to take the test on the driving course and on the road. Before the test, we always organize technical tests, and only cars that meet the requirements will be put into the test. As for the driving course, all 11 consecutive tests are thoroughly checked by the examiner, through which each test will be scored, ensuring accuracy.”
According to the rules, students are tested on all four subjects, and if they fail a subject, they will continue to be tested on other subjects. If they pass the subject, the results will be retained for 12 months. The tests are conducted continuously, helping students quickly complete the program during the day. Having just completed the road driving test, which was also her last test, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Tien, An Loc ward, Binh Long town happily said: "I have passed all four subjects, I am very happy and still very nervous".
Ms. Tran Thi Thuy, Binh Thang commune, Bu Gia Map district said: “I have also finished the exam, I was also nervous and scared. However, now it has been successful. In just a short time, when I get my driver's license, I will be free to drive my favorite car and go anywhere I want.”
From March 1 to now, Binh Phuoc Provincial Police have organized 7 driving tests, including 5 motorbike driving tests, 1 car driving test and 1 theory test for cases with car driving licenses expired for less than 1 year. Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai, Deputy Director of Binh Phuoc Provincial Police said: "After each test, we have assessments and experience to achieve the goal of reducing administrative procedures. Improve and shorten the process steps from submitting documents, reviewing test conditions for students to the training stage at educational and vocational training institutions so that each test ensures connectivity, synchronization and higher efficiency".
Issuing a driving license is not only a simple administrative procedure, but also a step to test the capacity, level, legal awareness and practical skills of the driver. Therefore, in the coming time, we will increase the application of information technology, improve the quality of training and testing for driving licenses.
