Hanoi stops civil servant recruitment exams and appoints officials from December 1

According to the Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee, the city has discussed and developed a plan to streamline the apparatus and submit it to the competent central agencies. Once approved, the city will implement it.
