This is the 17th consecutive year that the city's trade unions have organized this activity, creating a positive effect and encouraging businesses to join hands with trade unions in caring for union members and workers. During the Lunar New Year of 2025, thousands of buses were organized by businesses in coordination with grassroots trade unions to transport workers back to their hometowns for the Tet holiday and to bring them back to work after the holiday.

"Through this activity, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor Unions hopes that all levels and sectors, especially employers and businesses, will pay attention and actively cooperate with the Labor Union to care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, strengthen the bond between workers and businesses; improve the quality of human resources and the competitiveness of businesses; increase labor productivity, and build a strong workforce to meet the requirements of national development in the new era," emphasized Pham Quang Thanh, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor Unions.
