Hanoi launches 80 golden tourism experiences on September 2nd

Hanoi Department of Tourism announced a set of 80 Hanoi experiences as a "friendly greeting" to tourists visiting on September 2.

The product set “80 Hanoi experiences not to be missed during the historic festival season” was announced by the Hanoi Department of Tourism along with many new tourism products, aiming to attract tourists on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (A80).

According to the Department of Tourism, this is a “friendly welcome from the capital” and a testament to the spirit of innovation and creativity to enhance the tourist experience. The products will be widely introduced to businesses for deployment and service to tourists on the occasion of A80.

The product set is divided into 8 thematic groups such as Heritage - culture - history; ecology - resort - nature; cuisine - shopping - urban experience.

One of the highlights in the product chain suggested by the Department of Tourism is the two-story tourist train Nam Cua O - The Hanoi Train, the first urban tourist train line in Hanoi. The train consists of 5 carriages, named: O Cau Den, O Quan Chuong, O Cau Giay, O Cho Dua, O Dong Mac. This train will open on August 19, with three time slots: morning, afternoon, evening, taking passengers through Hanoi, Gia Lam, Tu Son, Long Bien, Dong Anh, Ha Dong stations and stops for sightseeing such as Do Bac Ninh Temple.

The Cat Linh – Ha Dong metro line is also exploited into a new tourism product with a typical tour being the Green Journey with Hanoi, visiting Van Phuc silk village or the Temple of Literature.
