TPO - Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh assigned Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai as Chairman of the Council for Appraisal and Evaluation of Digital Transformation Results of Departments, Branches and People's Committees of Districts in the area.
Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh has just signed a decision to establish a Council to appraise and evaluate the digital transformation results in 2024 of agencies in the city.
According to the decision, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai was assigned to be the Chairman of the Council for Appraisal and Evaluation of Digital Transformation Results. Director of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications Nguyen Viet Hung is the Vice Chairman of the Council and 11 members of the Council are representatives of units and a number of ministries and branches along with a number of experts in the field of digital transformation.

The Council is responsible for appraising the self-assessment reports and scoring the digital transformation work in 2024 of departments, branches and People's Committees of districts; appraising the self-assessment scores of agencies, units and localities and deciding on the assessment scores according to each content, index and component index specified in the digital transformation index for each agency, unit and locality. The Council will submit to the Hanoi People's Committee for approval and announce the 2024 digital transformation index of agencies, units and localities.
According to the decision, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Information and Communications to advise, organize meetings or seek opinions from council members. Council members work part-time and are responsible for assessing the results of digital transformation implementation according to the functions and tasks of the agencies and units they are in charge of and manage.
