Hanoi speeds up infrastructure progress of 4 industrial clusters in Thach That district

On March 26, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Notice No. 158/TB-VP on the conclusion of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen at the meeting to remove difficulties and obstacles, and promote the progress of site clearance for investment projects to build technical infrastructure for industrial clusters in Thach That district.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen assigned Thach That District People's Committee to preside, coordinate, focus on directing, speeding up site clearance progress, and soon put into operation and use 4 investment projects to build technical infrastructure for industrial clusters in the area: Di Nau Craft Village Industrial Cluster, Chang Son Industrial Cluster Phase 2, Huu Bang Craft Village Industrial Cluster, Binh Phu I Industrial Cluster - Phase 2.

Specifically, for the Project on investment in construction of technical infrastructure of Di Nau Craft Village Industrial Cluster, the People's Committee of Thach That District shall preside over and coordinate with the Investor to urgently propose and report on the adjustment of the project implementation schedule as a basis for implementing procedures on environmental licenses and fire prevention and fighting; send to the Department of Industry and Trade for appraisal, submit to the Hanoi People's Committee for consideration and decision according to regulations.

For the Chang Son Industrial Cluster Technical Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Phase 2: Thach That District People's Committee coordinates with the Investor to speed up progress, ensure completion of site clearance and start the Project before June 30, 2025.

Regarding the Huu Bang Craft Village Industrial Cluster Technical Infrastructure Investment Project: Thach That District People's Committee focuses on directing the implementation of site clearance work; ensuring the completion of site clearance work and commencement of the Project before June 30, 2025.

Regarding the Binh Phu I Industrial Cluster Technical Infrastructure Construction Investment Project - Phase 2: The Investor is required to focus on and proactively coordinate with the People's Committee of Thach That district in carrying out site clearance work; ensuring the project's commencement schedule in 2025.

The Department of Industry and Trade is assigned to regularly review, inspect, monitor, and urge units to implement and ensure the progress assigned by the Hanoi People's Committee; promptly report and propose to the Hanoi People's Committee to direct and resolve issues related to industrial clusters in the city.
