Specifically, Hanoi allocated 55 billion VND from the "Relief" Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to support people in 5 provinces (Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Quang Tri, Thanh Hoa) to overcome the damage caused by the storm in order to soon stabilize their lives. Of which, Hanoi supported Nghe An province with 15 billion VND, Ha Tinh with 15 billion VND, Quang Tri with 10 billion VND, Ninh Binh with 10 billion VND, Thanh Hoa with 5 billion VND. This amount was transferred to the accounts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the 5 above-mentioned provinces.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City requested the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the above 5 provinces to promptly deploy support for people to overcome difficulties, soon stabilize their lives and inform the results to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City.
Previously, on September 30, the Hanoi Party Committee issued a Notice on the Conclusion of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on supporting people in the provinces to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 10. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed on the policy of supporting people in the provinces to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 10 in 2025 according to the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City forwarded the letter of condolence from the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to the Party Committee, government and people of the provinces and promptly carried out the procedures for transferring support money in accordance with the purpose and regulations to deploy support work in localities affected by storm No. 10 in 2025.
