Infrastructure boom - Long Bien real estate catches the wave.
Located at the northeastern gateway of Hanoi, Long Bien is one of the leading districts in the capital not only in terms of urbanization speed and economic growth but also in terms of technical and social infrastructure. In particular, the planning of 14 bridges across the Red River and Duong River is considered the driving force to bring the market here to a new level.
Specifically, Hanoi has planned to start construction of Tran Hung Dao Bridge and Tu Lien Bridge with a total investment of nearly 40 trillion VND. Of which, Tran Hung Dao Bridge has a total estimated investment of more than 16,000 billion VND with a length of 5.6 km, expected to start construction in 2025.
According to the design, Tran Hung Dao Bridge is located between Chuong Duong Bridge and Vinh Tuy Bridge. On Hoan Kiem side, the foot of the bridge is expected to be located at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao - Tran Thanh Tong Street. On Long Bien side, the bridge will connect directly with Hong Tien Street and extend its end point to the intersection with National Highway 5A (Nguyen Van Linh Street). Tran Hung Dao Bridge plays an important role in connecting the two banks of the Red River, shortening travel time between central districts of the inner city, and reducing the load on existing bridges.
Regarding the regional infrastructure, after the key projects have been inaugurated and put into operation: Ngoc Thuy Park, Long Bien Park or the expansion of 40m Khai Son road in 2023. In 2024, the opening of the Hong Tien - Nguyen Van Cu overpass with a total investment of 1,200 billion VND will also contribute significantly to improving the traffic infrastructure of Long Bien.
The highlight of the route is the steel overpass at the Hong Tien - Nguyen Van Cu intersection.
The project has a total length of more than 1.5 km, a cross-section width of 40 m, connecting from Nguyen Van Cu Street to the dike corridor road at lane 264 Ngoc Thuy Street. When completed, the route will strengthen the internal connection and create connectivity from Dong Tru Bridge through key wards such as Thuong Thanh, Ngoc Thuy, Ngoc Lam, Bo De, Long Bien, and Thach Ban, connecting with Co Linh intersection and Hanoi - Hai Phong highway. With the inauguration on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital on October 10, 2024, this road and bridge route will become a strong boost, helping Long Bien attract investment and develop even more rapidly.
The advantage of synchronous transport infrastructure and the convergence of international destinations have become key factors, promoting the potential for sustainable price increases for real estate in Long Bien. The new development corridor opens up a strong shift in economy, culture and population, creating momentum for the breakthrough of the area, while providing an ideal living environment for residents. In particular, Khai Son City has emerged as one of the projects that benefited the most from this transformation.
Outstanding infrastructure development - A stepping stone to increase sustainable value
The explosion of transport infrastructure and urban planning is creating a strong wave of movement from the old town to Long Bien, with typical projects such as Khai Son City becoming an ideal destination. Here, residents can not only immerse themselves in a cool, airy green living space but also enjoy a modern and classy utility system. The synchronous infrastructure not only attracts residents but also enhances the attractiveness of the surrounding areas. Many international-scale projects are continuously being implemented in the area, affirming the promising development potential of Khai Son City urban area.
Specifically, at the end of August, the National Exhibition and Fair Center - a new wonder of Hanoi, only 5 minutes away from Khai Son City - officially started construction. Located at the northeastern gateway of Hanoi, on the planned axis of the city along the Red River, the center has a scale of 90 hectares and is in the Top 10 largest exhibitions in the world. This is a key national project, replacing the Giang Vo Exhibition Center, expected to launch an "Expo" economy like Dubai Expo (UAE), Frankfurt (Germany) or Fiera Milano (Italy). With its international stature, this center will be the venue for leading trade events and exhibitions, while creating new momentum for economic growth in the eastern region of the capital."
Perspective of the National Exhibition Center.
With a prime location in the heart of the East of the city, along with a modern lifestyle, it is not difficult to explain the strong attraction of the project to real customers and investors. Khai Son City is a "hot" name that is "hunted" by many investors thanks to its colorful new lifestyle filled with amenities and outstanding potential for value increase.
HH4 subdivision (3 buildings K5-K6A-K6) was topped out on September 22, officially entering the finishing stage for apartment handover.
With the potential for sustainable development in depth, Long Bien is gradually becoming an attractive destination for those looking for a stable and long-term living space. According to the upcoming land use planning, infrastructure and services here will continue to be expanded and improved, bringing added value to real estate in the area as well as improving the quality of life for residents in the area. This is the ideal time to own an apartment at Khai Son City, a project that not only fully meets the real housing needs at a reasonable price but also welcomes the wave of strong infrastructure development in the area.
