From August 18-27, the Quang Nam Cultural Center (under the Da Nang City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism) will organize a mobile cultural and film screening program in 10 communes in the mountainous, island, and coastal areas of Da Nang City, including: Duy Nghia, Kham Duc, Phuoc Chanh, Nong Son, Tay Giang, Song Kon, Huong Tra, Tra Lap, Bac Tra My, and Tam Hai island commune.
The program took place in Duy Nghia commune on the evening of August 18th.
This is a propaganda activity aimed at commemorating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
Simultaneously, we welcome the 23rd Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party; and welcome the 1st Da Nang City Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025-2030).
With the theme "Everlasting Faith - Steadfast Steps Towards the Future," the comprehensive art program, performed by actors and propagandists from the Quang Nam Cultural Center's Mobile Propaganda Team, included 12 performances of singing, dancing, solos, group singing, etc.
Local communities at the performance venues also collaborated to perform 2-3 acts, adding richness, diversity, and cultural identity to the program.
The performances, with content praising the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, evoke love for the homeland and country, pride in national traditions, educate revolutionary spirit and noble ideals for generations, and express the aspiration to build a more prosperous, civilized, and modern homeland.
With the theme "Everlasting Faith - Steadfast Steps Towards the Future," the performances aimed to praise the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the homeland.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Director of the Quang Nam Cultural Center, stated: "Through the mobile art performance and film screening program, we contribute to affirming the stature, historical significance, and glorious milestone of the successful August Revolution of 1945 and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam)."
Affirming the Party's leadership role, encouraging and motivating the entire Party, people, and army to seize opportunities, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, accelerate breakthroughs, promote patriotic emulation movements, and resolutely implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, achieving accomplishments to celebrate the great national and city holidays.
At the same time, it aims to promote, introduce, and develop the unique and representative traditional cultural and artistic values of Da Nang City today.
The program was meticulously planned and produced, both in terms of content and form.
With meticulous and thoughtful investment in both content and form, and with cheerful and lively lyrics and melodies, the program attracted a large number of people to watch and cheer.
In addition, before the cultural program takes place, the Mobile Film Screening Team will screen films for the public, including films such as "Those Who Wrote Legends," "Hanoi 12 Days and Nights," "Khang A Hu, the Cadre of Che Cu Nha Commune," etc., provided by the Vietnam Film Department, and other historical documentaries.
The performances were lively and cheerful, creating an exciting atmosphere for the audience.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Si, Head of the Mobile Propaganda Department at the Quang Nam Cultural Center, shared: "The mobile propaganda team has meticulously developed and practiced programs to carry out this mobile propaganda campaign at the grassroots level. Every year, when performing at the grassroots level, the team members always receive support from the local people, which further motivates them and fuels their enthusiasm for the work, bringing cultural and spiritual values to the people, especially in remote areas."
The performances were diverse and varied.
During their tours across various localities, from the plains to the mountains and islands, the actors and collaborators of the Quang Nam Cultural Center were always full of energy and determination to contribute to creating a high-quality, dignified, and meaningful program, ensuring artistic merit and high propaganda effectiveness.
