Ha Tinh honors outstanding blood donors

This morning, the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation organized the 3rd Red Journey Program. Honoring outstanding blood donors in 2024 and the "Red Drops Become Lotus" festival. Attending were representatives of the Central Red Journey Program Organizing Committee; Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The 3rd Red Journey program, honoring outstanding blood donors in 2024, will continue to spread the voluntary blood donation movement in Ha Tinh so that everyone can join hands and contribute to the noble act of "donating blood to save lives".

In order to promote voluntary blood donation to promptly serve emergency and treatment of patients, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested all levels, sectors, and mass organizations to strengthen propaganda and create high response among the people for blood donation and life-saving work.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau awarded Certificates of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee to outstanding collectives and individuals.

Improve knowledge, skills and expertise for the propaganda team in the whole province. Organize safe blood donation campaigns well. Pay attention to applying digital transformation in the management of blood donors and blood units. Mobilize social resources to create funding and equipment to serve blood donation activities well...

Outstanding groups and individuals in the humanitarian blood donation movement were honored.

At the program, 1 individual received the Medal for Humanitarian Cause from the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society ; 5 collectives and 15 individuals who were outstanding in the voluntary blood donation movement received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.

Blood donation festival "Red drops become lotus" has 700 people participating in blood donation

Responding to the 3rd Red Journey Program, nearly 700 cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, workers, union members and youth in the province participated in voluntary blood donation at the "Red Drops of Thanh Sen" festival.

Presenting 20 gifts to poor patients being treated at Ha Tinh General Hospital

Within the framework of the program, delegates presented 20 gifts to poor and disadvantaged patients being treated at the Provincial General Hospital and presented a symbol of donation of 10 blood transfusion chairs to this hospital.
