The Provincial People's Committee has just issued decisions approving the subjects receiving support according to Resolution No. 40/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 11, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council promulgating regulations on a number of policies to support tourism development in Hai Duong province for the period 2025 - 2030.
The Trinh Xuyen village clay artillery team belonging to the historical and cultural relic site of Trinh Xuyen communal house (Nghia An commune) and the Hong Phong water puppetry troupe belonging to the Hong Phong water puppetry troupe tourist site (Hong Phong commune) were each supported by the Provincial People's Committee with 50 million VND. The above amount is to support the maintenance of the clay artillery team and water puppetry troupe to serve tourists.
The mass art club at the Long Dong temple relic site, Nam Tan commune (Nam Sach) is having its application for support approved by all levels according to the above resolution.
Trinh Xuyen village's clay artillery team was established on August 27, 2021, currently has 50 official members, has performed at the 31st SEA Games and won high prizes at the 10th and 11th Hai Duong Province Clay Artillery Festivals...
Hong Phong Water Puppetry Troupe was established in 1992, currently has 19 members, and won a Gold Medal at the National Water Puppetry Festival in 1994.
