The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just decided on the investment policy for the project to build a road connecting National Highway 17B (Hai Duong province) with Road 352 (Hai Phong city).
The project has a total investment of more than 786 billion VND from the Hai Duong provincial budget in the medium-term public investment capital plan for the 2021-2025 and 2026-2030 periods.
The project has a starting point connecting to National Highway 17B and an end point connecting to the right dike of Kinh Thay River.
The project has a starting point connecting National Highway 17B at about Km 12+500, an end point connecting the right dike of Kinh Thay River (at about Km 47+950), connecting with the planned location for the construction of a bridge over Kinh Thay River (co-invested by Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city).
Upon completion, the project will form an inter-regional traffic axis, serving the travel and trade needs between Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city.
At the same time, expanding the development space of Kinh Mon town, creating favorable conditions for attracting investment, effectively exploiting land funds on both sides of the road, creating a driving force to promote socio -economic development.
