Hai Duong plans to allocate 85 billion VND for Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex project

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province proposed allocating 95 billion VND for 3 housing, school and hospital projects.

At the 22nd session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council scheduled to take place on the morning of May 30, the Provincial People's Committee submitted a proposal to allocate the 4th plan for public investment in local budget capital in 2024 (provincial budget capital).

According to the proposal, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province proposed to allocate 95 billion VND out of the total of more than 628.2 billion VND of local budget capital in 2024 to allocate to 3 new projects starting construction in 2024 invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Of which, the Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex project, Binh Han ward (Hai Duong city) was allocated 85 billion VND.

According to the resolution on deciding on the investment policy of the Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex Project approved by the People's Council of Hai Duong province on November 6, 2023, the Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex project has a total area of ​​over 4,831m2, including 2 apartment buildings CT1 and CT2, both 18 floors high, expected to arrange about 390 social housing apartments with an area of ​​45 to 60 m2. CT1 apartment building is expected to arrange about 240 apartments, CT2 building is expected to have about 150 apartments.

2 projects of classroom buildings at Nam Sach High School and renovation and repair of Hai Duong Lung Hospital (item of building for treating patients with AFB pulmonary tuberculosis, extrapulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculosis/HIV; 2-storey emergency respiratory building and pulmonary tuberculosis treatment building A) are allocated 5 billion VND/project.

The remaining capital after allocation is more than 533.2 billion VND allocated after the projects are eligible for detailed allocation according to regulations.
