The project to invest in building a service functional area in the expanded Dai An Industrial Park has an area of 4.28 hectares with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND. The project is located on plot DV3 (about 1.48 hectares) to build a cluster of accommodation facilities for experts and workers in the form of apartments (including functions of accommodation apartments, public areas, common living areas, commercial service areas, auxiliary technical areas...). Here, a 10-storey building with 518 accommodation apartments will be built.
At land lot DV4 (2.8 ha), a 4-storey commercial service building and a 10-storey apartment-style accommodation area for experts and workers with 815 apartments will be built.
The project is expected to be accepted and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Previously, in early 2025, the Dai An Bridge Construction Investment Project connecting Hai Duong City Ring Road I was also constructed by Dai An Joint Stock Company.
The Dai An bridge project connecting Gia Loc and Cam Giang districts has a bridge and approach road length of about 265 m, width of 25 m. The starting point of the project connects the road section, within the scope of the construction project of Hai Duong City's Ring Road I, from Vo Nguyen Giap Street to the Dai An Industrial Park expansion; the end point connects the boundary of the Dai An Industrial Park expansion project (phase II). The project was proposed by Dai An Joint Stock Company to sponsor, with a total project investment of about 250 billion VND. It is expected to be completed and put into operation by May 2026.

Up to now, Dai An Industrial Park has attracted more than 100 projects from 15 different countries and territories (Korea, Japan, China...) with a total investment capital of more than 4 billion USD. The occupancy rate in Dai An Industrial Park is 100%; Dai An Industrial Park expansion (over 410 hectares) phase 1 is 97%; Dai An Industrial Park expansion phase 2 is over 50%. Dai An Industrial Park continues to be built to become the leading modern industrial park in Vietnam, a reliable destination, an opportunity for success and sustainable development of investors in the present and the future.
Some projects with large investment capital (including capital increase) include: Project to produce smart electronic components for automobiles, a high-tech factory of Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. (400 million USD); Project to produce and trade for export all products of electrical and electronic wiring used in the electronics and automobile industry of Sumidenso Vietnam Co., Ltd. (300 million USD); Deli Hai Duong Factory Project (270 million USD)...
In particular, the expansion of Dai An Industrial Park Phase 2 is to concretize the Hai Duong Provincial Planning towards the goal of striving by 2030, Hai Duong will become a modern industrial province, a dynamic industrial center of the Red River Delta and achieve some basic criteria of a centrally-run city. From there, it opens a new era for Hai Duong province and Dai An in terms of linking the Gia Loc - Binh Giang - Cam Giang region and Hai Duong city.
Hai Duong also aims to develop industrial parks according to green and smart models. Phuc Dien expanded industrial park, Dai An expanded industrial park (phase 2), An Phat 1... are being invested in modern and synchronous infrastructure systems, meeting international standards on environmental protection.
Up to now, Hai Duong province has established 18 industrial parks with a total planned area of about 2,973.3 hectares. The remaining 14 industrial parks and phase 2 of Kim Thanh 2 industrial park with a total area of about 2,687.7 hectares will continue to be established from now until 2030.
