Over the past time, the two sides have maintained a regular and flexible exchange mechanism, and actively prepared the content for this working program. At the meeting, representatives of the two Departments introduced the potentials and strengths of each locality, focusing on industrial infrastructure, inter-regional and inter-national transport systems and investment attraction orientation.

The two sides discussed many specific contents to promote industrial development in border gate areas, cross-border logistics and support suitable investor connections. Priority areas include supporting industries, new energy, export processing and development of industrial parks and industrial clusters.

Through the working program, the two sides agreed to continue to maintain a regular and flexible working mechanism and increase information exchange via digital platforms to shorten coordination time. Continue to share information on investment project portfolios, industrial park and cluster planning, business support policies and focal information. Strengthen professional exchanges and experience sharing, especially in the fields of rural industrial development, support for small and medium enterprises, border trade development, application of digital technology in investment promotion, traceability and supply chain management. At the same time, strengthen the organization of field survey delegations, in-depth understanding of businesses and investors, thereby enhancing the materialization of cooperation opportunities.

The program connecting Vietnamese and Chinese industrial enterprises is organized by the two Departments.

Within the framework of the program, the two departments organized a program to connect Vietnamese and Chinese industrial enterprises, creating conditions for businesses from both sides to meet, learn about and promote investment cooperation opportunities. At the same time, the delegation of the Department of Commerce of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) also had a field survey program at industrial parks in Mong Cai, Hai Ha, and Quang Yen.

The working program is an important milestone in the implementation process of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the two Departments, contributing to deepening the strategic relationship between Quang Ninh province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, actively contributing to the friendly and cooperative relationship between Vietnam and China.
