At the Department of Planning and Investment, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung presented Decision No. 126/QD-UBND, transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu, former Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Previously, on January 15, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, was transferred to work in Vinh Bao district by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh Bao District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

At the Department of Justice, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung presented Decision No. 125/QD-UBND, accepting and appointing Ms. Pham Tuyen Duong, former Secretary of Vinh Bao District Party Committee, to the position of Director of the Department of Justice. The term of appointment is 5 years.
