Hai Phong invites investment in housing project worth nearly 1,110 billion VND

The project in An Hong commune, An Duong district, Hai Phong city has a total investment capital of about 1,109 billion VND, of which the total cost of project implementation is about 1,059 billion VND, compensation, support and resettlement costs are more than 49 billion VND. The project implementation period is 10 years from the date the Hai Phong City People's Committee issues the land allocation decision. The investor needs to complete the construction of technical infrastructure and works on the land according to the plan in the fourth quarter of 2029.

The project is built on a land area of ​​7.2 hectares, expected to provide the market with about 346 townhouses and 349 social housing units with 2 buildings, maximum height of 9 floors. At the same time, build 1 kindergarten and 2 commercial and service buildings.

According to information from the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong, from the beginning of the year to the end of June 2023, Hai Phong City has called for a total of 8 projects with a total investment capital of about 38,121 billion VND, the total area of ​​the projects is about 368 hectares. Of which, the largest scale is the investment project to build a new urban area in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong city with a total area of ​​nearly 241 hectares, the total investment capital is more than 23.2 trillion VND.
