Manage budget expenditures economically and in accordance with regulations; strictly manage, use assigned public assets for the right purposes, economically and effectively.
Strive to complete the State budget revenue targets assigned by the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Customs, the People's Committees of Ha Nam, Nam Dinh , and Ninh Binh provinces. Promote solutions to prevent State budget revenue loss; improve the quality of post-clearance inspection and specialized inspection; apply information technology to improve management efficiency.
