European airline sells annual flight tickets for 599 euros

For many passengers, Wizz Air's unlimited flight ticket is like a dream because for just 599 euros you can travel throughout Europe and the Mediterranean for a year.

Hungary-based low-cost airline Wizz Air has launched an unlimited flight pass called "Fly as Much as You Want". Holders of this pass will be able to fly all over Europe for a year without any restrictions. The pass is valid from September 25th and costs 599 euros. Those lucky enough to buy it before midnight August 15th will be able to buy it for just 499 euros. The airline said it will sell 10,000 of these tickets.

The condition of using the unlimited flight ticket is that passengers can only book tickets 72 hours before departure. Many people think that this is the best option for frequent flyers who can travel at any time, without time constraints. Each time you book, you can only book a one-way ticket, instead of a round trip. When you want to return, you have to do the booking process again. If you cancel your ticket three times, this flight card will no longer be valid.

The benefits of purchasing this ticket include booking up to three trips per day. For each trip, customers must pay a fixed fee of 9.99 euros.

Tickets do not include checked baggage, nor do they allow you to choose your seat or board early. Passengers are allowed to bring hand luggage. If you want to add other services, you have to pay extra. Checked baggage usually costs 50 euros per flight.

With this card, customers can use the entire Wizz Air network with flights to most of Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, except for domestic flights within Italy.

Many people think that this "fly as much as you want" ticket puts the buyer on a time constraint, which is not suitable for those who plan to travel early. It is also only suitable for passengers who carry little luggage when traveling. If two passengers own this ticket, the airline does not guarantee that they can fly on the same flight. If the seats are full, the passengers will have to take two different flights.

But for frequent flyers, the ticket is a dream. One frequent flyer on Wizz Air’s UK-Italy route said he would normally pay €50 for a one-way economy ticket, and would have to buy it weeks in advance to get it. With this all-you-can-fly ticket, they save a lot of money.

By taking full advantage of the card benefits, customers can save significantly, especially during peak season. Currently, a last-minute round-trip to Istanbul from European destinations costs from 250 euros. The price of two such flights is already the same as an all-you-can-fly ticket on Wizz Air.

In addition, the airline also offers another type of ticket called Multipass, which allows unlimited flights within a month. These flights must be booked 5 days in advance. This ticket is available for passengers departing from Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Hungary, Romania, UK, UAE, Albania, Poland, Italy and flying to international destinations around the world . Ticket prices range from 35 to 65 euros, depending on the country of departure.

Wizz Air is one of Europe's busiest airlines. Last year, it carried 60 million passengers, more than a third of the number carried by the UK's leading airline, British Airways.
