According to the signed agreement, Sun Group Northern Region commits to accepting students from Ha Long University for paid internships and prioritizing the recruitment of suitable students immediately after graduation. During their studies, students will have access to Vietnam's leading service, tourism , and entertainment ecosystem at Sun Group's Northern Region subsidiaries; thereby developing professional skills, work attitude, and professional conduct.
Students also have the opportunity to learn from practical experience through real-world projects, study tours, and mentoring programs from Sun Group's team of experts, ensuring that the "learning by doing" process is effectively implemented. In addition, the two parties will collaborate to organize supplementary training programs to enhance students' professional and soft skills directly within the company.
The signing of the cooperation agreement between Ha Long University and Sun Group Northern Region is of practical significance in bridging the gap between education and practice; helping students experience a professional working environment, hone their skills, and receive early career guidance. At the same time, it also serves as a foundation for both sides to build a strong, long-term cooperative relationship, aiming to develop high-quality human resources to serve the sustainable development of Quang Ninh province and the Northeast region.
