Starting in 2023, the completion of integration with the four leading commercial banks in Vietnam (BIDV, VietinBank, Agribank and Vietcombank) and many other banks has marked an important step forward. This event not only contributes to improving the transaction experience of Vietnamese people, but also supports the digital transformation strategy of banks.
The fast transfer feature on Zalo allows users to significantly shorten the transaction process, from exchanging account information in the chat box to confirming the money transfer on the banking application.

Unlike traditional money transfers that require users to memorize or copy information, switch applications, and enter data multiple times, this feature simplifies the above operations and reduces errors. The entire connection is established using deeplink technology, providing a more seamless and convenient experience. Transactions will be processed on the associated banking application.
To use this feature, users just need to click “Transfer” from within the Zalo message window, check the recipient information and select a bank (if using multiple banks). Then, users just need to confirm on the banking application.
