"Although this afternoon all the staff were mentally prepared and had the ingredients ready, by evening they were really devastated, especially when it suddenly rained," said Huynh Tu (24 years old), an employee at a coffee shop on Ton That Thiep Street.

"We entered the restaurant and ordered drinks, but we waited a long time, more than 45 minutes, and still nothing, even though the staff worked nonstop.
