Authorities and volunteers are constantly making arrangements to ensure safety. Hearing that the statue will be enshrined at Quan The Am Pagoda, Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Man (71 years old, residing in Hoi An City, Quang Nam ) traveled dozens of kilometers to Da Nang with the hope of paying homage to Buddha once.
"Visiting Buddha's relics is an honor for me and all Buddhists. Not everyone is fortunate enough to visit Buddha's relics. This may be the only time in my life.
So I'm very excited, coming here makes me feel at peace and comfortable, it's okay to wait in line for a long time," said Ms. Vo Thi Thanh Man.
