Ý Nhi's unexpected action scores points at Miss World

Afternoon of May 21, Miss Y Nhi along with contestants from the Asia- Pacific and Europe regions entered the first round of the "Head To Head Challenge" within the framework of the 72nd Miss World.

The Vietnamese representative was one of the last contestants. However, unlike other representatives, Ý Nhi proactively prepared images and information about the “Heart To Head” project for her presentation to send to the judges before her speech. This action helped the Vietnamese representative score points. On forums, international friends praised Ý Nhi’s actions as meticulous and smart because contestants do not have much time to present and sending documents in advance can help the judges grasp more information.

In her presentation, Miss Y Nhi talking about childhood dreams and current aspirations: “If you have ever dreamed of becoming a doctor, teacher or leader, raise your hand. I have shared those beautiful, innocent dreams since I was a child. But life took me on a more unexpected journey of becoming Miss World Vietnam 2023. At Miss World , I want to use my voice and influence to empower and nurture many other dreams.”

Miss Ý Nhi also shared her pride in representing Vietnam at the Miss World pageant. She was inspired by the pageant's commitment to society, especially children and education. The beauty hopes that her "Heart to Head" project to support disadvantaged students will be widely spread through Miss World.

After completing this competition, Miss Ý Nhi said she felt relieved and felt the project was meaningful because it was spreading. “I had the opportunity to watch the performances of other contestants and learn from my own experiences. What I feel is most meaningful is not what I have done, but that the story of the bookcases and the dreams of children in remote areas of Vietnam has spread to the world,” she said.

After the first round, the contestants with the best performances will be selected to advance to the final round of the Head To Head Challenge scheduled to take place on May 23. Previously, Y Nhi completed the Sports competition and entered the Top 48 of the Talent competition.

Final night Miss World The 72nd edition is scheduled to take place on May 31. The judges will select the Top 40 according to 4 continental regions, then continue to decide the Top 20, Top 8 and Top 4. Each continental region will have one winner, then compete for the positions of Miss and 3 Runners-up.
