Emerging as the Ca Ty River Apartment project, with a scale of apartment blocks (6 blocks of 8 floors/block and auxiliary parts); with flower gardens, parks - trees; traffic roads and related technical infrastructure systems... This project has many field inspections, meetings of provincial leaders to remove obstacles, especially site clearance, speed up construction progress to ensure according to the construction plan in 3 years, from 2023. The above continuous attention shows how important this project is, because the purpose is to improve better living conditions for people, contributing to improving the environment, landscape, and urban beautification.
With the current workload, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee in the field inspection in mid-July directed that the project needs to meet and exceed the set schedule, that is, by 2026. Therefore, in the near future, Binh Thuan Ward will have more people, which means that commerce and services with accompanying needs will also appear. Similarly, the ward will also have more people and more streets through the Residential Area project South of Le Duan Street (from National Highway 1A to Vo Van Tan Street). The ward is currently clearing the land, and the investor is preparing to invest.

Not only that, there are other new projects being prepared for implementation, mainly appearing around the route connecting the North-South high-speed railway to the beginning of Le Duan Street, which will open up a very large development space for Binh Thuan Ward. Specifically: Binh Thuan High-Tech Park has an area of about 944 hectares, of which the ward area is more than 475 hectares. The most feasible thing is not only that many companies and corporations have registered to invest in these projects, but the decisive issue for the new development space to appear is to have land early. Because according to the survey assessment of the functional sector, the entire land is not located in a strictly protected environmental area, not in the planning of military, security - defense zones, protective forests, special-use forests, does not overlap with areas licensed for mineral activities and national mineral reserve areas (titanium), and is not affected by natural disasters. Moreover, the land area of the entire area is mostly agricultural land, which is convenient for land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance.

Currently, the trade and services of Binh Thuan ward are mainly concentrated in the old Phu Tai ward, specifically Van Thanh market, the busy streets but all are divided into two with other wards such as Le Duan, Nguyen Hoi, Hai Thuong Lan Ong... At the same time, developing urban economy associated with expanding space, forming trade - service - handicraft clusters according to planning; investing in transport infrastructure, production, green space and urban highlights. At the same time, promoting trade - services, handicrafts in the direction of modernization; encouraging traditional occupations, night-time economy, digital economy; supporting startups, cooperatives, business households. Developing new rural areas in Ham Hiep, Phong Nam in the direction of green - clean - beautiful, improving people's lives. Strengthen environmental protection, reduce emissions, classify waste, and beautify urban areas.

Next are 7 other contents with specific tasks and solutions for economic growth in industrial development, agriculture, urban investment, private economic development... But almost all of the final destinations are related to accelerating services - trade. It is a mutual relationship, in which, in the immediate future, removing difficulties and obstacles for investment projects in the area, especially slow-to-implement projects that the ward considers to be bottlenecks, seemingly unrelated, is very relevant in promoting the service - trade sector. This is considered the most difficult point in the journey through the streets of Binh Thuan ward.
