Information system covers 96 communes, connecting 100 points

Three days after the merger and operation of the two-tier local government model, the key shared information system of Quang Ngai province has been assessed to operate stably and smoothly to each commune, ward, and special zone. This is an important foundation to ensure that the new government manages and operates synchronously and transparently on the scale of one of the five largest provinces in the country.

The information system covers 96 communes, connecting 100 points.

Quang Ngai province has completed 7 key information systems, including the official email, the provincial-level integrated and shared platform, the Document Management and Operation software, the administrative procedure settlement system, the Electronic Information Portal, the reporting and video conferencing information system. To date, the province has created more than 26,000 email accounts, 9,100 document management accounts, and 8,200 administrative procedure processing accounts. The video conferencing system has covered 96 commune-level People's Committees, simultaneously connecting 100 bridges, and checking stable signals from the province to the grassroots. In particular, more than 1,700 online public services have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal, including 539 full-service services, ready to serve people and businesses anytime, anywhere. The province has also completed the issuance of nearly 12,000 digital signatures for organizations and individuals, ensuring smooth online document processing and management. Technical staff of telecommunications enterprises and commune and ward officials have been arranged to provide 24/7 support, ready to handle arising issues, ensuring uninterrupted data connection in the initial phase of operation. The completion of a synchronous and interconnected information system has affirmed Quang Ngai's determination to build a modern digital administration, keeping up with the national digital transformation trend, serving people and businesses more and more effectively and transparently./.
