Land plot No. 250-252-254 Bach Dang (Da Nang City) with an area of ​​3,310.3 square meters has just been put up for auction with a starting price of nearly 900 billion VND. This is the old building of the Da Nang Customs Department, with a prime location with a long frontage on Bach Dang Street, facing the Han River and Dragon Bridge.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just announced the auction of assets on land and the transfer of land use rights for the house and land at 250-252-254 Bach Dang Street, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District.

This land has an area of ​​3,310.3 m2, is the old building of the Da Nang Customs Department. The land has a prime location with a long frontage on Bach Dang Street, facing the Han River and Dragon Bridge.

The starting price of the property is over 889 billion VND, of which the land use right value is over 879 billion VND, the value of the property on the land is nearly 10 billion VND.

The purpose of use is commercial service land, lease term is 50 years, form of use is state lease of land, land rent is paid once for the entire lease term.

However, according to the reporter's records, since the headquarters of the Da Nang City Customs Department moved to the new headquarters on Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, this building was handed over to Da Nang City. From 2017 until now, the land and the 4-storey building here have been left empty and quiet.

These long-abandoned buildings have moldy walls and rusty, deteriorated equipment.

Many windows were broken and the roof was dilapidated over time.

According to the adjusted price list just announced by the People's Committee of Da Nang City and applied from January 1, 2025, the land plot 250-252-254 Bach Dang is located on the most expensive street in Da Nang. More than 1 km from Le Duan Street to Nguyen Van Linh Street (the area from Han River Swing Bridge to Dragon Bridge) the land price is 286 million VND/m2.
