With the spirit of “rule of law, no forbidden zones, no exceptions”, Ha Tinh Police has implemented a plan to coordinate patrols and cross-check areas on traffic safety and order. Cam Xuyen and Ky Anh are the two districts implementing this content.
When entering a section of road with a sign indicating the beginning of a densely populated area in Trung Doai village, Cam Duong commune, Cam Xuyen district, a driver drove his vehicle at a speeding speed. As usual, the driver's first action was to make a phone call instead of showing his papers. However, with the determination of the authorities, the driver had to agree to sign the fine.
Notably, while previously, the handling of this route was undertaken by Cam Xuyen District Police or the Special Task Force of the Provincial Police, now the unit responsible is Ky Anh District Police.
On the contrary, on Provincial Road 547 through Ky Xuan Commune, Ky Anh District, there is always a traffic police team from Cam Xuyen District Police to handle vehicle violations. The team has 6 officers and soldiers, 5 of whom are from Cam Xuyen District Police, the remaining person who performs the task of making records of violations belongs to Ky Anh District Police.
The change of traffic safety inspection areas of the Traffic Police of Ky Anh and Cam Xuyen districts was implemented from March 2024 according to Plan No. 31 of the Provincial Police to ensure that all traffic violations are strictly handled according to the provisions of law. At the same time, cross-checking helps units grasp the developments of traffic safety and order, thereby improving professional work.
According to the provincial police, from March 21 to April 4, Cam Xuyen district police and Ky Anh district police detected and recorded administrative violations of more than 130 cases of road traffic law violations, with an estimated fine of more than 200 million VND. The main violations were speeding, alcohol concentration, not wearing helmets, parking in the wrong place, etc.
