According to the announced score distribution, the average score for Math at the Ha Tinh exam cluster is 4.847, higher than the national average (4.78 points), ranking 9th among provinces and cities.
The Literature subject recorded a score of 7.913 - significantly higher than the national average score of 7, bringing Ha Tinh to 2nd place nationwide.
The two natural sciences, Physics and Chemistry, continued to be bright spots. Ha Tinh led the country with average scores of 7.366 and 6.737, respectively, while the national average for these two subjects was only 6.99 and 6.06. Notably, in Chemistry, Ha Tinh had 19 scores of 10 – among the 10 localities with the most scores of 10.
In Biology , Ha Tinh achieved an average score of 6.185 points - higher than the national average of 5.78 and ranked 6th.
In the subject of Information Technology , Ha Tinh made a strong impression with an average score of 8.017 - exceeding the general average by 6.78 to 1.237 points, thereby ranking 2nd nationwide.
Social subjects also recorded many positive signals. History scored 6.571 - higher than the national average of 6.52 and ranked 10th. Although Geography did not make the top of the highest average scores, it had 185 scores of 10 - among the localities with the most absolute scores.
The Technology - Industry subject had an average score of 6.417, higher than the national average of 5.79 and ranked 7th. The Technology - Agriculture subject achieved 7.994, exceeding the general average (7.72) and also ranked 7th in the country.
In the subject of Economic and Legal Education - a new subject included in the graduation exam, Ha Tinh rose to the top with an average score of 7.996, higher than the national average of 7.69. In English alone, Ha Tinh's average score was 5.319 - lower than the national average of 5.38 but still in the top 10 (ranked 9th).
Compared to 2024, the average scores of Ha Tinh's graduation exams in 2025 have many fluctuations in both directions.
Some subjects tend to decrease, typically Math decreased sharply from 6.5 (in 2024) to 4.847; Chemistry from 7.33 to 6.737; Biology from 6.62 to 6.185; History from 6.86 to 6.571; English from 5.66 to 5.319.
However, there are also subjects that recorded clear improvements: Physics increased slightly from 7.23 (in 2024) to 7.366 (in 2025); Literature from 7.88 to 7.913.
From the above score distribution, it can be seen that although the 2025 exam tends to be strongly differentiated, the average score of some subjects decreased compared to the previous year, Ha Tinh still maintains a prominent position on the national education map. Many subjects not only achieved high average scores but also led the country, reflecting the efforts and comprehensive quality in teaching, reviewing, as well as the spirit of overcoming difficulties of the province's students.
The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place on June 26 and 27, with more than 1.16 million candidates nationwide. Of these, nearly 1.14 million candidates will take the exam under the new general education program (GDPT 2018) and more than 26,700 independent candidates will take the exam under the old program (GDPT 2006).
In Ha Tinh, the total number of candidates taking the exam this year is more than 17,300. Of these, more than 17,000 candidates registered for the 2018 General Education Program and more than 300 independent candidates registered for the 2006 General Education Program.
Candidates studying under the 2018 General Education Program will take two compulsory subjects: Literature and Mathematics, and two elective subjects from the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Agricultural Technology, Industrial Technology and Foreign Languages (7 languages).
Meanwhile, candidates following the 2006 General Education Program take the following subjects: Literature, Math, Foreign Language, along with an optional combination test of Natural Sciences (including Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (including History, Geography, Civic Education).
