Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to adjust the allocation of 11.9 billion VND from the central budget to implement preferential policies for people with revolutionary contributions, assigned by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (now the Ministry of Home Affairs ) to support the construction, repair and upgrading of martyr cemeteries, works to honor martyrs and martyr graves in 2025 in the province.

Of which, 5.5 billion VND is allocated to the People's Committee of Duc Tho commune to upgrade and repair the Duc Tho Martyrs' Cemetery; 5.5 billion VND is allocated to the People's Committee of Tu My commune to upgrade and repair the Nam Martyrs' Cemetery; 400 million VND is allocated to Mai Hoa commune to repair and upgrade the Mai Hoa commune martyrs' stele house and 500 million VND is allocated to the Department of Home Affairs to support the construction of 50 martyrs' graves at family cemeteries.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the State Treasury of Region XII and relevant agencies, units and localities to guide and inspect the implementation. The Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards allocated the above-mentioned capital sources are responsible for directing, managing and using the allocated funds to ensure the correct purpose, support level and payment and settlement according to current regulations.
