Coach Park Hang-seo to run for Malaysia national team

After parting ways with coach Kim Pan-gon last month, FAM is looking for a new coach for the 2024 AFF Cup, with coach Park Hang-seo being one of the candidates. This information has been confirmed by FAM, along with the fact that Mr. Park has submitted his application to lead the team nicknamed Harimau Malaya (Malaysian Tiger). This is not the first time coach Park Hang-seo has been linked with the Malaysian team. Previously, in mid-July, coach Kim Pan-gon had a difficult farewell, citing personal health reasons, but FAM later discovered that this coach had returned to Korea to negotiate with Ulsan Hyundai Motors Club.
