Supporting businesses to complete documents to start construction of 3 new industrial parks in Dong Nai

Specifically, Long Duc 3 Industrial Park with an area of ​​244.5 hectares in Long Thanh district is currently in the process of collecting opinions on the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan. It is expected that the dossier will be submitted for appraisal and approval of the project before July 1, 2025, which is also the time when the Law on Urban and Rural Planning takes effect. At the same time, compensation and land acquisition work is also being urgently completed.

For Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (1,000 hectares, phase 1) in Long Thanh district and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (1,000 hectares, phase 1) in Cam My district, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned investors to carry out zoning planning.

Investors have completed the project zoning planning task dossier and will seek opinions from relevant State management agencies as prescribed to complete the 1/2000 planning project. However, the progress of the dossier and legal procedures of these two industrial parks is slow and will be difficult to complete before July 1, 2025 if relevant units do not have effective solutions to speed up the progress.

At the meeting, investors of industrial parks, representatives of departments, branches, localities and Dong Nai Industrial Park Management Board discussed solutions to accelerate the progress of completing documents and procedures for each industrial park. Difficulties and problems related to the determination of support prices for rubber trees for site clearance were also raised. Localities were asked to speed up the verification of land origin and approve specific land prices as a basis for compensation. In addition, the traffic connecting routes to each industrial park, although there is a public investment policy, but the implementation is slow, also need to be accelerated.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc emphasized that, in the context of scarce industrial land for lease, accelerating the progress of procedures to soon start construction of industrial parks is an important task. Responding to Official Dispatch No. 57/CD-TTg dated May 5, 2025 of the Prime Minister on organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for large-scale projects on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, the provincial leaders directed departments, branches and localities to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee to register with the Government to simultaneously organize groundbreaking ceremonies for 3 industrial parks: Long Duc 3, Bau Can - Tan Hiep and Xuan Que - Song Nhan along with other key projects on the occasion of the September 2 holiday.

At the same time, request relevant departments and branches to focus on supporting and quickly removing difficulties and obstacles in procedures and documents to ensure implementation progress according to plan.
