Timely support, timely sharing.

Following the merger, hundreds of officials and civil servants from the former Bac Kan province were assigned to the new Thai Nguyen administrative center. Not only did they face a change of workplace, but they also encountered difficulties in settling into their new lives. In this context, the policy of providing a monthly allowance of 4 million VND per person, recently issued by the Provincial People's Council, is a timely, practical, and humane decision, helping officials feel secure in their work and quickly adapt to the new environment.

The team of officials and civil servants assigned to work in Thai Nguyen are gradually adapting to the general work.

Accordingly, from July 14, 2025 to the end of September 2027, officials, civil servants, and employees from the former Bac Kan province who work at the Thai Nguyen administrative center will receive a monthly allowance of 4 million VND to cover rent and transportation costs.

Those working less than 15 days a month also receive half of this support. The province also arranged for dormitory renovations and organized weekend bus services between the two localities, aiming to provide maximum convenience for officials to commute, settle down, and continue their work with peace of mind. There are no significant obstacles if workers feel understood, supported, and assisted in a timely manner.

The humanitarian aspect of the policy becomes even clearer when viewed in reality. Hundreds of officials have left their hometowns and families, while their young children need education and relatives need care. Without timely support, these pressures would inevitably affect their morale and work efficiency. Therefore, the resolution is not just an administrative document, but also a message of sharing and a commitment from the Thai Nguyen provincial government that "No one will be left behind in the process of change."

This support policy is not only significant in the short term but also contributes to strengthening the confidence of officials in the province's determination to reform the administrative system. The leadership's attentiveness and timely action demonstrate a spirit of dedicated service, placing people at the center of the transformation process. This is a crucial prerequisite for building an administrative apparatus that is not only unified in structure but also united in ideology, responsibility, and goals.

Furthermore, the issuance of this policy demonstrates the decisive and thorough approach of the provincial leadership in managing the post-merger administrative apparatus. The resolution was passed with high consensus from the Provincial People's Council; the plans regarding resources, implementation roadmap, and target beneficiaries were all meticulously prepared. The budget allocation, with an estimated total expenditure of approximately 102 billion VND (for about 945 officials over a period of 27 months), shows responsibility and a long-term vision, rather than a temporary solution.

More than just a sound policy, the resolution supporting officials is also a testament to the partnership between the government and workers. In the journey to building a streamlined and efficient administrative apparatus, consensus from the staff is a decisive factor. And to achieve that, nothing is more important than understanding, sharing, and practical actions.

Thai Nguyen is taking its first steps in a new phase. By starting with people, by paying attention to even the smallest details, the province is laying a solid foundation for a unified, efficient, and people-serving administrative system.
