The story of Thy Thao malt is closely linked to the determination and passion of a woman from Duc Nhuan commune, Mrs. Truong Thi Thao (62 years old). Mrs. Thao was born and raised in the "cradle" of the malt brewing profession. Since childhood, she has lived in the aroma of the malt brewed by her grandparents and parents. Although her main income is "labor for profit", malt brewing has created year-round employment for the whole family. When she reached adulthood, Mrs. Thao started a business with many jobs but was not very successful, so she returned to the traditional malt brewing profession.
