Comrade Tran Van Hanh - Director of the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Tan Son district said: In recent years, vocational training and support for job conversion for ethnic minorities in the district have received special attention from all levels and sectors. In the coming time, the Center will continue to promote propaganda about the purpose and significance of vocational training for rural workers. For agricultural occupations, continue to place classes in densely populated areas (commune clusters) to create favorable conditions for learners. Increase the amount of practice time, visit production models with high economic efficiency, create chain links to consume agricultural and forestry products, help learners have the motivation to invest in expanding production, contributing to economic restructuring and building new rural areas.
For non-agricultural occupations: Improve education and training for students in “professional manners”, continue training according to the model of combining with enterprises in the process of training, recruitment and use of labor so that when workers start working at enterprises, enterprises do not have to spend time retraining. In addition, the center will deploy more e-commerce occupations (online business) to keep up with current trends and practical needs.
