“Act today for a blue sea tomorrow” is the message of the Miss Sea Vietnam 2024 contest held in Binh Thuan province from December 26 to 31. In addition to honoring the comprehensive beauty of Vietnamese women, the contest aims to arouse love and solidarity to protect the marine and island environment of the homeland.
At the official press conference about the competition Miss Vietnam Sea 2024 just took place in Ho Chi Minh City, the Organizing Committee introduced the members of the contest's Jury, led by People's Artist, Miss Vietnam 1994 runner-up Trinh Kim Chi as Head of the Committee, along with artists, actors and journalists as members. Miss Asia Business Vietnam 2023 - Master Le Thi Tho is the President of the contest, the Head of the Organizing Committee is journalist Huynh Ngoc Kim Trang, MC and art editor of Dong Nai Radio and Television Station.
Speaking at the press conference, Chairwoman of the contest Le Thi Tho said: With the message "Act today for the blue sea tomorrow", the Miss Sea Vietnam 2024 contest has officially launched the preliminary round and will end on December 20. The contestants are female citizens from 18 to 33 years old, with Vietnamese nationality, living and working in Vietnam. The contest has a large investment in scale and quality, we hope that through the event, we will honor the beauty of confidence, intelligence and kindness, where the beauties not only shine with their appearance but also with practical actions, contributing to raising public awareness in protecting the marine environment, affirming sovereignty and love for the homeland's seas and islands, while contributing to promoting the image of the country, people and culture of Vietnam.
Head of the Organizing Committee of the Miss Sea Vietnam 2024 contest, Huynh Ngoc Kim Trang, shared: “As Head of the Organizing Committee, I hope to contribute to the success of the contest, so that the Miss Sea Vietnam 2024 contest leaves a strong impression in the hearts of the public and professionals with environmental protection activities and experiences. island culture and meaningful community projects. The Miss Sea Vietnam 2024 contest is a national beauty contest, approved by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province according to the official dispatch dated August 14, 2024. The Copyright Office (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) issued a certificate of ownership to Hoang Duy International Entertainment Media Company Limited. The final round of the contest took place from December 26 to 31. Accompanying the contestants were many artists in the Vietnamese entertainment industry.
The national final night on December 31 will be broadcast live on Binh Thuan Radio and Television. In particular, the final night of the contest will become more spectacular and emotional when combining the coronation ceremony of the Miss with a fireworks display to welcome the new year 2025 at the square stage of Binh Thuan province.
