Do Thi Ha was crowned Miss Vietnam 2020 at the age of 19. At the time the Thanh Hoa -born beauty became the owner of the Miss Vietnam 2020 crown, singer Dam Vinh Hung revealed a behind-the-scenes clip recording the rehearsal scene before the final round of this beauty contest.
In this clip, Dam Vinh Hung shows off his talent in predicting the beauty who will be crowned Miss Vietnam 2020. “If I remember correctly, I have chosen the right Miss many times. About 9 or 10 times, I can't explain why. Actually, I also like contestant Thu Phuong because she and Do Thi Ha are 2 contestants with very impressive body measurements. Their charisma and face both attract 2 schools: Innocent and strong,” Dam Vinh Hung shared.

As a result, Do Thi Ha was crowned Miss Vietnam 2020 as predicted by the singer of Xin loi tinh yeu. The beauty born in 2001 said: "When wearing this crown, I tell myself to be more responsible for the mission I shoulder, try hard every day, and cultivate many skills to be worthy of the title of Miss Vietnam 2020".
Referring to her family situation in her hometown of Thanh Hoa, Miss Do Thi Ha confided that her family is not too well-off but not too poor either. “Previously, in the semi-finals of Miss Vietnam 2020, I shared that I had saved money to compete in the beauty pageant, I affirmed that I saved 2 million VND per month, which is true. But that does not mean that my family is too poor.”

Sharing with PV Dan Viet , Miss Do Thi Ha admitted that she used to plant rice because her parents were afraid that she would not be able to marry. “I am always grateful to my parents for giving me special experiences in my childhood, teaching me lessons to help me appreciate the values around me more. During the process of representing Vietnam in the Miss World 2021 contest, Do Thi Ha achieved a series of impressive achievements such as: Top 27 in the Talent competition, Top 16 in the Head to Head Challenge, Top 13 in the Top Model. As a result, the beauty from Thanh Hoa stopped at the Top 13 of Miss World 2021.
Returning from the Miss World 2021 contest, Miss Do Thi Ha did not rush to run shows but spent time completing her studies at the National Economics University. In the face of speculation about receiving a "huge" salary after her achievement in the Top 13 of Miss World, the beauty from Thanh Hoa said that she has more opportunities in work and life when participating in the Miss World 2021 contest.

In February 2024, Miss Vietnam 2020 was rumored to be secretly dating a young master with a "huge" family background. Speaking to PV Dan Viet , a representative of Miss Do Thi Ha's management company said they could not confirm this information because "this is Miss Do Thi Ha's personal matter".
Before the rumors about getting married in 2024, the beauty from Thanh Hoa frankly shared: “I think getting married depends on fate. If fate comes, I probably won't have to wait until I'm 27 or 28, but if fate doesn't come, I might get married when I'm 30. I can't confirm or deny this information because I don't know what the future holds. But if that information comes true, that's fine, because every girl wants someone to be by her side for the rest of her life."
