The program's general director - artist Truong Bac shared before the concert "Song of Victory" taking place at 8:00 p.m. on April 25 at Au Co Art Center (8 Huynh Thuc Khang, Hanoi ).
The event was organized by the Vietnam National Music, Dance and Dance Theater to celebrate the 50th anniversary of national peace and reunification.
Victory song honors the aspiration for national unity
Information from the theater said that the Victory Song concert honors the spirit of victory and the desire for national unity through music , consisting of three parts : Aspiration for Peace, Battle Song, and Greeting the Great Spring Victory .
Through that, we send a message: History is not only to remember, but also to live with, to continue.
Artist Truong Bac said the creators hope that the audience, especially the young, will feel pride and gratitude; above all, awareness of preserving those precious values in their own journey.
The audience will meet again about 20 musical pieces that have accompanied the nation's development over the years: Song of Hope (Van Ky) , Country Full of Joy (Hoang Ha) , Your Love (Xuan Hong) , Oh South, We Are Ready ( Luu Cau ), Love Song ( Hoang Viet ), Ho Chi Minh, the Most Beautiful Name ( Tran Kiet Tuong ), Remembering Hanoi (Hoang Hiep ), Hello Liberation Army, Hello Spring Victory ( Hoang Van )...

More than 100 artists participated
The Victory Song concert features a combination of a national symphony orchestra and chamber music ensemble with over 100 participating artists.
Participating in the performance are artists To Nga, Luong Huy, Ha Le, Dao To Loan, Dinh Trang, Minh Duc, Le Anh Dung, Dinh Thanh Le, Vuong Long, Mai Thu Huong...
In addition to music, concerts also combine with other artistic languages such as cinema, documentaries, lighting, stage effects, etc.
Vietnam National Music, Dance and Dance Theater informed that the organizing committee will include young singers from chamber music, folk and contemporary folk genres to perform revolutionary works.
"We want to breathe new life into familiar songs by remixing them, refreshing the breath of contemporary music, thereby bringing revolutionary works closer to young people," said Mr. Truong Bac.
Conductor Le Phi Phi, son of musician Hoang Van, will lead this special concert.
