Community activities – Core development criteria of AMATA VN

2024 marks the 30th anniversary of Amata's official arrival in Vietnam. Throughout this journey, in addition to constantly developing and expanding its business scale, Amata VN also plays another important role: being a socially responsible enterprise, always oriented towards the community.

The philosophy of "ALL WIN" - All win is clearly demonstrated by Amata VN through a series of community service activities (CSR) that are regularly and effectively implemented. These activities not only bring practical benefits to the community but also contribute to building a sustainable and developed living environment.

In the first 6 months of 2024, Amata VN has made a strong impression with a series of meaningful CSR activities:

Financial support : With an amount of up to 500 million VND, Amata VN has supported community funds, contributing to improving the lives of people in difficult circumstances.
Building a green environment : More than 29,600 new trees were planted in industrial parks and surrounding areas, contributing to improving air quality and beautifying the landscape.
Human resource development : 24 workshops with the participation of 4,100 people were organized, creating opportunities to improve knowledge and skills for workers.
Joining hands for health : Amata VN organized voluntary blood donation activities, collecting 171,000 cc of blood, contributing to saving the lives of many patients.

Amata VN's tireless efforts have been duly recognized with 04 prestigious awards/certifications:

Certificate of Merit recognizing positive contributions in the implementation and development of eco-industrial parks in Vietnam, by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization
Unit with outstanding achievements in 3 years of implementing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021 - 2025, by the People's Committee of Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.
Top 50 typical FDI enterprises in 2023-2024 at the 23rd Golden Dragon Awards.
The unit has had outstanding achievements in work and emulation movements in 2023, by the People's Committee of Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province.

These achievements are not only the pride of Amata but also the motivation for the business to continue accompanying the community.

Looking back on its 30-year journey, it can be seen that Amata VN has been actively contributing to the development of localities.
