Storm No. 3 made landfall in Quang Ninh province, causing heavy damage to schools in the province. Immediately after the storm, educational institutions promptly implemented measures to overcome the consequences; mobilized all forces and the support of parents to conduct general cleaning, clean up school grounds, collect garbage; at the same time, reviewed, inspected and ensured the safety of electricity and water systems; minor damaged items were all repaired.
