The 2024 International Invention Exhibition Competition is organized by the Nwera Association Romania science organization in Indonesia from April 28 to May 2.

The judges of the competition are famous scientists from many countries around the world such as Russia, USA, Iran, Indonesia...
The competition had the participation of 18 countries, including Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, USA, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam... with 364 projects.
Vietnam participated in the competition with 3 teams, including: 1 team from Hanoi University of Science and Technology; 2 teams of students from Lao Cai City High School No. 1. As a result, all three Vietnamese teams won the Gold prize.
Two projects of Lao Cai City High School No. 1 won Gold prizes at the competition: "Robotic hand to support people with upper limb disabilities" and "Smart device to support blind people".


Both projects have applied Internet of Things (IoT) technology - a network of smart devices and technology, facilitating communication between devices and the cloud as well as between devices, creating high-tech products, supporting people with disabilities in their daily activities. The products were highly appreciated by the Jury for their creativity and humanistic meaning to people.
Two teams from High School No. 1 participated in the competition.
Team 1 includes students: Tran Hong Nguyen, class 10D3; Tran Minh Duc, class 10D3; Nguyen Thai Son, class 10A2; Nguyen Nam Khanh, class 11A2; Hoang Khanh Ly, class 11A2 with the project "Robot hand to support people with upper limb disabilities".
Team 2 includes students: Le Duc Huy, class 11D1; Dam Viet Long, class 11A2; Bui Trung Kien, class 10A2; Vu Duong Nam, class 10A2; Le Nam Khanh, class 10A2 with the project "Smart devices to support the blind".
