In implementing the campaign to learn from and follow President Ho Chi Minh's example, the Party Committee and Trade Union of Quang Yen ward have always upheld a high sense of responsibility, considering it a regular task integrated into the daily work of each individual. The ward's Party Committee and Trade Union have innovated the content and form of patriotic emulation movements to suit practical tasks; intensified propaganda through the radio system, electronic information portal, and official social media, spreading many exemplary models and outstanding examples. By 2025, the entire ward will implement 24 models of learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example.
A prime example is the model of Yen Giang 12 neighborhood in building a civilized street and a safe neighborhood in terms of security and order. This model has fostered unity and mobilized the people to actively participate in urban beautification, environmental protection, and the installation of lighting systems and security cameras, contributing to the creation of a modern urban landscape and maintaining security and order.
Alongside this, the model of supporting disadvantaged students, implemented by teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong of Yen Hung Primary, Secondary & High School (Quang Yen ward), has been effective, mobilizing the joint efforts of the school, parents, and society. The model has supported 57 disadvantaged students, raising over 200 million VND to provide scholarships, tuition support, and gifts, contributing to ensuring the right to education and spreading profound humanistic values in the movement of learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings. Teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong stated: Learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings is not just about awareness but needs to be demonstrated through concrete and practical actions. For the school, caring for and supporting disadvantaged students is a way to spread the spirit of compassion and responsibility, ensuring that no student is left behind. When students are motivated to attend school, it is also a joy and a driving force for the school's staff and teachers to continue striving.

Practical and humane models have contributed to deepening the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, becoming a driving force for promoting a sense of responsibility and dedication among cadres, union members, and workers. Based on the effectiveness achieved at the grassroots level, the movement continues to spread strongly to many industries and fields, including the coal industry workforce – a force that consistently upholds the qualities of "Discipline and Unity," competing in labor and production, and learning from and following Uncle Ho through concrete and practical actions right in the mines, workshops, and workplaces.
A prime example of the movement to learn from and follow President Ho Chi Minh's example is Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, a worker at Tunneling Workshop 1 (Thong Nhat Coal Company - TKV). Not only is he dedicated and responsible in his work, but Mr. Hai also consistently takes the lead in labor and production emulation movements, promoting technical innovation and contributing to improving the unit's production and business efficiency. With the spirit of learning from President Ho Chi Minh's diligence, creativity, and willingness to think and act boldly, he has developed many initiatives that have been recognized by the company and effectively applied in production. For example, his initiative to reinforce the support frame along the face when excavating tunnel XV7-35 contributes to stabilizing pressure, improving safety, and extending the lifespan of the structure. Another example is his initiative to rationalize the installation of equipment for the closed-face excavation of LC I-6D-2-2 No. 4, which has helped reduce bottlenecks and accelerate tunnel excavation progress…
From studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, many excellent models and innovative approaches have emerged. During the 2023-2025 period, 568 projects and tasks, along with 11,096 initiatives, technical improvements, and solutions, were implemented, generating benefits worth over 1,120 billion VND. 200 outstanding advanced workers were honored at the provincial level, and over 10,000 workers and employees received awards from localities, units, and enterprises. In addition, 30 workers and employees were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
