What second degree do I need to become an English teacher?

I want to teach at university but I don't know whether to study a second degree in English Education, English Language or an international certificate.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics . I am currently back in my hometown and opening an English class at home. Now I want to supplement my knowledge to have the opportunity to teach at school. Should I study for a second degree in English Pedagogy, English Language or an international certificate?
