During the contest, Party committees and commanders at all levels have thoroughly grasped the plans, regulations and instructions of the Contest Organizing Committee; led and directed the Women's Union to develop an effective implementation plan; regularly inspected, urged, cared for and created favorable conditions for union officials to review and participate in the contest. Many units have closely led, directed and paid due attention to the preparation work, ensuring good quality participation in the contest.

The contest was held from June 6 to June 15, with the participation of 37 comrades of the Women's Union from agencies and units throughout the Academy. Through the contest, the aim was to implement the Breakthrough in the Action Program of the 6th Congress of Women's Delegates of the Academy, which set out "Improving the quality of the work of the union's staff and the creativity of members to meet the requirements of the task"; assessing the current quality of the women's union's staff; creating conditions for union staff to exchange, study, and share experiences, improve their knowledge, skills, and methods of union work. At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the Certificate of Title "Excellent Women's Union Officer in 2023" to 31 contestants participating in the contest; awarded 28 certificates of first, second, third and consolation prizes to contestants for each contest content; awarded 7 certificates of merit to the union collectives that won first, second and third prizes of the contest.
