An Giang Provincial Youth Union organized the forum "Listening to children speak" in Tri Ton district

On the afternoon of April 22, the Provincial Youth Union and the An Giang Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Provincial Children's Counseling and Assistance Club organized the 5th "Listening to Children Speak" forum in An Giang province in 2025. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of An Giang province Do Minh Sang and more than 150 secondary school students in Tri Ton district attended.

At the forum, students had many questions answered by speakers working at the Provincial Youth Union's School Youth Committee, the Department of Population and Children (Department of Health), the Provincial Police Youth Committee, and the Department of Education and Training of Tri Ton district related to current issues in schools and society.

Specifically, such as: School violence; child abuse and violence; child care and protection; support for children's material and spiritual life; Team movement activities; current law violations by young people; safety level when participating in the Internet and social networks, how to protect yourself from bad and toxic information; children and digital transformation; students participating in traffic... The organizing committee will receive, synthesize and recommend opinions and feedback on important issues to the Provincial People's Council.

The forum “Listening to children speak” is an activity connecting children with leaders of departments, branches and socio-political organizations of the province. On that basis, promptly grasp the thoughts, aspirations, ideas and orient appropriate solutions so that children in the province can live, study, play in a safe environment and develop comprehensively.
