The Naval Academy's Council of Professors reviewed and proposed recognition of meeting the standards for the title of associate professor in 2025.

On July 10 and 11, the Naval Academy's Council of Professors held two meetings to consider and propose recognition of meeting the standards for the title of associate professor in 2025. Rear Admiral, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Lam - Chairman of the Naval Academy's Council of Professors chaired the meetings. Attending the meetings were Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Tran Huu Phuc - Member of the State Council of Professors, Chairman of the Council of Professors of Military Science, Ministry of National Defense.

At the meetings, the Council of Professors of the institution reviewed the candidates' profiles. During the review process, the Council members exchanged, discussed publicly, evaluated, and commented on each candidate profile. After the review, qualified candidates were given an overview of the scientific report. Candidates presented their scientific reports in English; the Council discussed and questioned the candidates directly about the contents of the report, the specialized content, and the candidates' foreign language skills. On that basis, the Council voted for the candidates to consider and propose recognition of meeting the standards for the title of associate professor in 2025.
