The Council of Professors of Military Science organized a training session at the Naval Academy.

On the morning of May 23, in Nha Trang City, the Council of Professors of Military Science organized a training session on reviewing and proposing recognition of meeting the standards for the title of professor and associate professor in 2025 for the Council of Professors of the Naval Academy and the Army Academy. Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Tran Huu Phuc - Member of the State Council of Professors, Chairman of the Council of Professors of Military Science chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Colonel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thanh Hoa - Deputy Director of the Naval Academy. Participants in the training session included members of the Council of Professors of Military Science, the Council of Professors of the Naval Academy, the Army Academy and candidates registering for review and recognition of standards for the title of associate professor in 2025.

The training session aims to help the Council of Professors of the Naval Academy and the Army Academy operate in accordance with the above processes, procedures and instructions; ensure the correct implementation of the contents, processes, conditions and standards for registration, consideration and proposal for recognition of meeting the standards for the title of associate professor in 2025 and the method of scoring converted scientific works; regulations on documents, appraisal process, consideration of proposals to the State Council of Professors; criteria and standards on foreign languages and some new points in the process of consideration and proposal for recognition of meeting the standards for the title of associate professor in 2025.

In 2025, the Naval Academy's Board of Professors has 5 candidates applying for the title of Associate Professor in Military Science. Of which, the Naval Academy has 4 candidates and the Air Force Officer School has 1 candidate.
