A delegation from the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association of Ho Chi Minh City visited the Japanese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City to express condolences and encouragement to the Japanese people following the damage caused by the earthquake on the Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa Prefecture.

On January 5th, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Vice Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Association of Ho Chi Minh City, expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy through the Japanese Consulate General and the Japanese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City for the losses caused by the earthquake that struck the Noto Peninsula and surrounding areas in central Japan.
