Conference to announce the Decision to appoint the Director of the Social Policy Bank Branch in Ninh Binh province

On August 15, the Social Policy Bank (CSXH) of Ninh Binh province held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Director of the Provincial CSXH Bank Branch. Comrades: Le Thi Duc Hanh, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank; Tran Song Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Representative Board of the Provincial CSXH Bank attended the conference. Also attending were comrade Le Van Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

Comrade Tran Song Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank.

The conference announced Decision No. 7689/QD-NHCS dated August 13, 2025 of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on the appointment of Comrade Pham Duc Cuong, Acting Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Provincial Branch, to hold the position of Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Provincial Branch, from August 13, 2025.

Comrade Le Thi Duc Hanh, Deputy General Director of the Central Bank for Social Policies, presented the decision and flowers to the Director of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies.

Presenting the decision and delivering a congratulatory speech, comrade Le Thi Duc Hanh, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, expressed her belief that with his experience in many positions in the industry, comrade Pham Duc Cuong will continue to promote his capacity, intelligence, spirit of innovation and creativity; coordinate well with departments, branches, sectors, and entrusted organizations to effectively implement policy credit programs, ensuring capital safety.

He also suggested that in his new position, Comrade Pham Duc Cuong will continue to better promote his existing experiences, together with the leadership of the Ninh Binh Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch, continue to advise the local Party Committee and government to effectively lead and direct credit policy work in the area; build and develop a strong Ninh Binh Provincial Social Policy Bank; continue to build and maintain the great solidarity of the Social Policy Bank sector, and carry out and successfully complete all assigned political tasks.

Comrade Pham Duc Cuong, Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank, gave a speech accepting the assignment.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Duc Cuong thanked the leaders of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies for their attention and trust and promised to use all his ability, intelligence, enthusiasm and working experience with the leaders of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch to build the agency to be increasingly developed and strong. He also expressed his hope that in the coming time, he will continue to receive the attention and sharing of the leaders of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee and the staff, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch to do a good job in credit policy work in the locality and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
